Grafeio One - Colombo

  • Completed in 2024

The entire façade is accessed by a 3 stage Telescopic BMU with 20m Outreach. It can reach all corners effectively. 250kg GRU facilitates to lift Glass panels to replace if required. The BMU has incorporated all safety features and functionalities. Completed in Year 2024.

Trizen Residencies - Colombo

  • Completed in 2023

3 nos Telescopic BMU units ( 18m outreach ) provides easy access to all facades of the independent buildings. 400kg of GRU. All BMU’s are mounted on Double H Beam Track system giving easy maneuvering to reach any corner of the Building. The project completed in Year 2023.

Frontier - Colombo

  • Completed in 2023

Railscaf External Monorail System Installed at 15th floor level with a 200kg SWL of a Cradle. The Cradle is parked on a cantilevered Balcony at Level 14. One level of restrainer line provide a steady Gondola operation. The system was completed in Year 2023.
