Capital Heights - Colombo

  • Completed in 2021

The BMU with 10m Arm is traversed on the structurally designed Roof slab along a front Angle guide Rail Track. It has all functionalities to reach any part of the façade for the repair & maintenance . The BMU was completed in year 2021.

Luna Towers - Colombo

  • Completed in 2021

18.5m outreach of the 2 stage Telescopic BMU at Level 48 provides easy gondola operation to reach any part of the Tower. BMU has Glass Lifting unit with 250kg capacity.The podium area is accessed by a Davit outrigger system. The system completed in year 2021.

Colombo City Center

  • Completed in 2020

The BMU with Front Angle Guide Option on the roof top at Level 42, serves the Entire Façade of the Tower Building. Additional GRU unit has been installed to lift Glass Panels whenever necessary. The podium and the Lower level facades being accessed by the External Monorail Track along the perimeter. Concept design by the renown Façade consultant “Altitude”. The entire solution was completed & handed over in year 2020.
